Switch up your Scarves

As much as I hate to admit it, the warm weather is officially gone, which means it’s time to pull out my mountain of scarves hiding in the back of my closet.. However, this fall I decided I need to get more out of my scarves, so I tried to spice it up a bit. Below are ten different ways you can wear your favorite fall accessory. I can’t promise that these styles are going to keep you warm, but they will definitely add a whole new dimension to your fall look!

The Neck Wrap

Directions: Take a scarf and fold it longways or diagonally to get more length, the thinner the better. Twist the entire scarf until it is tightly spun into one long coil. Then simply wrap the coil around your neck and tuck the ends in so they can’t be seen.

The Rosette

(For mine I decided to wrap it all the way and tuck in the ends, but you can leave them out if preferred!)

Same thing as the rosette but on your head…

The Neck Tie

Super easy, just tie it as you would a mens tie!

The Double Wrap French Knot

Directions: Take a square silk scarf and fold it long ways or diagonally for more length (that’s what I did). Place the middle of the scarf on the front of your neck, and wrap it around to bring the ends to the front again. Then just tie the ends in a knot to the side!

The Knotted Headband

I kind of made this up, but just wrap the scarf around your head, tie it twice, and tuck in the ends. Voila.

Super easy, just knot the ends!

The Bracelet

Works best with a smaller scarf. Just twist the scarf into a coil and wrap it around! Also looks cute when paired with other bracelets and accessories.
