A New Yorker For The Weekend

A New Yorker For The Weekend

New Yorkers love their black clothes, loud actions, living to the fullest, and saying what they want.  Which isn’t too far from the traits I have gained from being a proud NJ resident growing up within 25 miles of NYC all my life.  But, I can’t rid myself of bright colors, so I still have managed to stick out like a sore thumb no matter how many trips have acclimated me.  But never-the-less, I was a New Yorker for the weekend in order to celebrate our lovely lady leaving for China for a year of teaching and adventures!

From a hotel room in Times Square, getting caught in a snow storm, the High line, Chelsea market, best pizza alive and Central Park, all with my loves, I think we managed to have the best weekend possible.

Here’s a little of our weekend shameless and all…

PS:  This is what is currently happening over here (via a flu stricken self) while I reminisce over this past weekend…

Time, Respect, Love and Trust

Never done this before, but this weekend I found out about one of life’s wonderful  lessons I never thought I’d fall victim to.  So, to all my lovely ladies that have experienced the same find peace in that:

So that person that neglected to RESPECT you and RESPECT your TRUST goes from looking like this:
